MOVING FORWARD

This project taught our group that communication and resources aren't as easily accessible. They are privileges that most people can't afford. The COVID-19 pandemic limited us in access to materials, in-person work, and communication. These obstacles are experienced by less-fortunate countries. There must be empathy and understanding at all times. When we expand and push for solar cooking, there will not be an "easy" way to go about it. We must consider what other countries may face. Solar cooking around the world will not be possible without empathy.

Moving forward to this project, the goal is to get the video translated in all languages. Another video that may be made to accompany this one would be a "How to Cook with an ISEC" video. This website will be maintained by Gabrielle Castro, who will forward all questions concerning ISECs to Pete Schwartz and his team.
